This place is complete miserable. Front desk people have very bad behavior. Not trained. Supervisor are not available to talk. Can’t reach over the phone. This unit should be closed . Proper authority should pay attention about their service. I will definitely call somewhere to look into their activities and investigate their services. I feel like suing them. Every single time is disappointing.very very bad . Only this location! Customer service is horrible. Should get new management and people working there .

I accidentally slipped, and the damage was pretty bad that I needed surgery. You cannot imagine how anxious I was about the scheduled operation. Good thing my doctor explained everything in detail and answered all my questions, putting my worried mind at ease. The post-operative care was excellent—nurses checked on me regularly and provided clear instructions for my recovery. I would definitely recommend this center for anyone needing surgical procedures.

The office was bustling with activity, given the presence of several doctors and dentists behind the scenes. Despite the multiple professionals, my wait was surprisingly brief, which I appreciated. Furthermore, the staff members were exceedingly friendly, making my experience more enjoyable. The office maintained a high level of cleanliness, contributing positively to my overall comfort during the visit.

I gave this a 4 out of 5 because I've only been there for my first treatment, but will hopefully upgrade if procedures go as planned. Expect a long wait time. I was there about an hour in the lobby. A lot of people need help and because of covid, staff is minimal. HOWEVER, Once you've been called, the treatment was fantastic! The aid was very cheerful and helpful. As a matter of fact, I was floored by the technology for taking the X-rays (You stand, it rotates around you and plays classical music! No sticking plates in your your grill making you gag) . They maintain a clean atmosphere, too. The Doctor was very thorough. explaining tooth by tooth what they can so and what they need to refer you to a surgeon for. Don't let the fact that they are in Atlantic City put you out, they are a wise choice..

I went here for medical reasons and the experience was horrid. I'm new to this clinic and we had to wait for close to 2 hours just to get registered. My appointment was meant to be for 12:00 PM. That being said, by 2:00 PM, I still was not even close to being in the office. They are unprofessional and use the excuse of 'Being behind' every day. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality care and service. They are severly understaffed. Many people that come here have children and need fast service. That is not the case at all. At the desk while people are waiting, The people at the desk are playing sudoku. They are terribly unprofessional and once more, I do not recommend this clinic for anything to do with Medical or even Dental.
